Terms

These terms describe how we'll work together, so that expectations are clear and the space stays safe for everyone.

Sessions and fees

Individual sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £60, payable by bank transfer before or on the day of the session. The initial 15-minute consultation is free.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.

Professional standards

Practice is delivered in line with the BACP Ethical Framework, with full professional indemnity insurance, an enhanced DBS check and regular clinical supervision.

Not an emergency service

This practice does not provide crisis support. In an emergency please contact your GP, call 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123.
