Your name, contact details and a brief description of your enquiry, plus confidential session notes kept securely for the duration required by the BACP Ethical Framework.
How it is used
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments and support your therapeutic work. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
Confidentiality
Session content is confidential, with rare exceptions where there is a serious risk of harm or a legal requirement to disclose. Anonymised material may be discussed in clinical supervision.
