Are you considering counselling? When considering counselling, you may have something specific you want to think about. It may be that you need some time where you can truly be yourself with your feelings without fear of judgement. Sometimes it can be difficult to determine what to talk about or what troubles us, but life is all about challenges. At times like these, talking with someone outside of your family or friend group can provide you with a place to be heard and to take time for yourself.
Our first session is a gentle starting point, a space to explore what’s brought you to counselling/coaching. It may be a single concern or a collection of challenges that have accumulated over time. Together, we’ll begin to shape a clear understanding of your difficulties and consider how we can work through them collaboratively.
I am an experienced practitioner working with Neurodiversity, including Dyslexia and ADHD, and the ways these can impact your past, present, and future. Whether you're processing a recent diagnosis or seeking coaching strategies, I can support you with areas such as time management, concentration, organisation, and task management.
