Therapeutic Coaching
A coaching conversation is one in which two people discuss a specific subject. There is usually an aim to change, however this can be part of a process that begins with identifying what patterns, beliefs, or relationship dynamics may be holding you back from reaching your true potential in life.
In addition to the 'oneself', I will deal with relationships, values, core identity, and needs. Therapeutic Coaching is ultimately about self-empowerment through self-awareness, self-management, and increased self-efficacy. It is always a collaborative process with the you and myself on an equal footing, and draws explicitly on innate strengths and resources.
